This year 15% AIQ cutt off has been 582 and majority of state quota cutt off has been between 560 - 580.

Therefore as per previous years trends in MHA quota for paramilitary personnel 550+ marks are must this year. You have scored nicely as 501 is a good score but I am sorry to say won't be enough this year.

If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
