Shem, all this while 65% of the seats in ESIC Medical Colleges were filled through State Quota, 20% was fileld through IP Quota by wards of Insured of ESI and 15% of the seats were filled by the DGHS on behalf of the MCC. Now this 20% is being scrapped in favour of clubbing them with All India Counselling. So now you do not have any IP Quota. There are 900 seats available in ESIC Colleges across India. And 541 marks is a good score for OBC Category to be filled under State Quota of ESIC Colleges. You haven't mentioned the State that you hold the domicile of and so we cannot exactly tell your chances. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
