Assuming that you are of general category and have a residence of Karnataka, Your General Predicted rank range 30001 - 40000 .
To qualify for BVB engineering college the criteria are 45% aggregate marks in 12 and as you have  83%  ,you can surely get admission in it. Visit the official site for it.

KCET cut off are different for different colleges as there are number of colleges. It also has different cut off for different course and counselling. It depends on your rank which college you will secure.
