With a score of 506, you are in a tough spot because the cut off for previous year was atleast 508 in state Quota for general categort student to secure a government medical College and also the cut off fluctuates each year. So you may not get govt medical College though you can get Government dental college

With a score of 506 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 508 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college and hospital, Balangir in general category under the state quota. But, unfortunately the corresponding rank was around 18,600. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
