I have sm medical issues wont be able to attend counselling schedule. Can someone else the same on my behalf

Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that the student who has appeared for the examination, the same student must attend the counselling process. Other members will not be allowed inside. As there you have go through all the verification so person other than you can not go. You must attend .
