i have state obc caste certificate of odisha and central obc caste certificate but domicile of telangana and my caste comes under obc category in both state am i eligible to get obc reservation in telangana under state quota

As you have domicile of telengana state so you are eligible for telengana state quota. You will have to give central OBC caste certificate in AIQ counseling. In telangana you have to give theirs OBC caste certificate. You are eligible for 85% state quota if you have domicile of that state and caste certificate of that state. For 15% quota you will only have to give central OBC caste certificate for claiming obc OBC quota seat.
