I have submitted my Gate 2020 application form but i have uploaded wrong eligibility degree is there any chance of re-upload the correct eligibility degree.

Yes, the correction process will open in the month of October so no need to worry. As the last date is somewhere 24th i think and i week extension with late fine.
The correction window will open somewhere between 2nd and 3rd week of October.
