i have successfully floated my college choice in round 1 upsee counselling but its showing that I have not reported in round 1. what does it mean.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have opted for float in the counselling, i would like to tell you that you have nothing to worry about as it simply means that you have not freezed your seat and not reported as you have opted for float.
