in the upsee counselling round 1 it is showing my category as obc ncl but in the rank details why is it showing only my general rank and not the obc rank (in the result i got both ranks)

This might be due to the failure on your part to submit the required caste certificate to the authorities. I think you should contact the authorities as soon as possible.
