First of all apply for the college in which you want to take admission for persuing B.Com.
Now, come to CA.The syllabus of Chartered Accountancy is divided into 4 steps given below:

• CA Foundation
• CA Intermediate
• Articleship Training (3 year)
• CA Final

First if all you will have to appear in CA CPT entrance exam for CA and if you carck it then you can firther appear in CA IPCC then articleship and then CA final.

Fee which is required to be paid to ICAI is Rs. 9800 for registration.
Further the fees of attending any coaching classes(if you need) will be somewhere around 20 to 25k or even more or less.
