I have two obc certificates, the original one and other one is NCL, So which do i have to upload during filling up the college/application forms ?

Hello Aspirant,
See in OBC there are two sub-categories, one is of Creamy Layer (CL) and another is Non-Creamy Layer (NCL). Candidates belonging to CL does not get any reservation benefit and frankly speaking Creamy Layer of OBC is considered as Un-reserved category just like General category but actual OBC reservation benefits are given to the NCL candidates. So to get reservation benefits you need to upload only OBC-NCL certificate.
