I have uploaded BC certificate instead for OBC certificate....now what shall I do....Please help me

You haven't mentioned the entrance examination which you are talking about. Neverthless, please check if the application process has a correction window. If there is no correction window, you might have to re-register with new Email id and mobile number, fill in the application form again and make a new payment. However once try reaching out to their helpdesk to checknif something can be done.
