i have uploaded cate certificate instead of declaration form.is it possible to upload self declaration form.if not what happens

Dear Applicant,
I hope you are doing well, about your question, you might not ne able to make the changes now because you can upload such certificates only once.
No worries mistakes can happen with anyone so during the councilling process you can just show the declaration form.
