I have uploaded my signature with my initial at the end.To change it as there is no option in the correction window.will it causeANYPROBLEM?

Dear Thiya, only those candidates who have been notified to upload images need to make the necessary corrections during the correction window. The rest needn't bother about it. If you haven't received any notification, that means that the uploaded images follow the instructions laid by NTA. So, to answer your question, it will not cause any problem.
