I haven't registered for mp state councelling can I take part in councelling of that state

It seems you are asking about Madhya Pradesh Neet State counselling 2020. The Registration for the state counselling was started on November 1, 2020. There will be two rounds of counselling and one mop up round. This registration process was for these two regular rounds of counselling. So if you haven't registered yourself then you are not eligible to participate in first as well as second round of counselling. But fresh registrations will be taken for Mop up round of counselling which will be conducted after completion of second round of counselling. The registration for mop up round will start from December 14, 2020 and will continue upto December 17th. After registered for mop up round, you can fill up your choices and on December 24 mop up allotment result will be released. For more information on MP State counselling you can check out this link
