i i got 528 marks in neet 2020 and i also have defence quota from obc category so is there any to get gov mbbs seat any how and anywhere?

Firstly congrats for your score. Your score are good enough for an OBC category candidate to get government medical seat through state level quota. There are low chances to get medical seat through All India Quota because as per last years cutoff general and OBC category candidate needed 560 and above score to get government medical seat through All India Quota.
