No there is no worry for it hence it will be cleared in the counseling session there will be no ofences forget about it and try to study to crack the highest score

No they will not reject your application form of jee mains.It will be verified at the counselling venue,your 10th and 12th marksheets and other things.And if they would have found any problem in your application form then they might have contacted you through email or message.
So you don't need to worry and try to concentrate on your revision work.

See, for admissions, your form will be the basis for verification. so at that point, you explain. And No they will not reject the application. How do they know which exam you have written? So rest assured and prepare well for the entrance exam. All the best!
