Your problem could be either of the two:
The marks the site has fetched are incorrect: In which case you should email DU's vice chancellor at vc@du.ac.in stating this is the case and demaning prompt correction.
You want to upload some important document the site has missed: in this case also you should write to DU authorities at the ID given above saying the website is malfunctioning.
