I live in Gujarat any my family also live in Gujarat because of my father job but my house is in Rajasthan and belong to ST category there but there is trouble in making domicile and I truly want MBM jodhpur because I have category advantage so can I fill reap process as I don't have domicile??

Yes of course you can fill the application form of Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) if you don't have domicile certificate. But when you will be alloted a seat in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur than you have to submit the domicile certificate on reporting the college, at the time of document verification. At that time if you will not have domicile certificate that you can get some relaxation and can submit it later on during college days.
Note that it is not mandatory that domicile certificate is of Rajasthan only it can be of any other state also where you live and you are resident of that state means you address should be same on your Address proof and on Domicile certificate.
