Home state quota is applicable for all NITs, Birla Institute of Technology-Mesra, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology- Shibpur, PEC Chandigarh and Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal except. And the cut off for home state candidates is less compared to cut off for other state candidates. You need to provide your domicile certificate to claim home state reservations in JoSAA counselling.
