Yeah! You are eligible for UPSC examination. The UPSC examination has basic eligibility criteria that the student must be a graduate in subject/stream. Also don't think that you will have any disadvantage for the examination. This is a myth and many people use to think that the arts students are more advantageous to UPSC.
