As per your mentioned query yes, you can apply for UPSC CDS examination.
But because you are a non - science stream student you are only eligible to choose OTA and IMA as your preferred academies while filling the application.
Education qualification for UPSC CDS given below
1. IMA
Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised University or equivalent institute
2. OTA
Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised University or equivalent institute
3. AFA
Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor degree in engineering
4. INA
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ College
