No, It wont be possible. Y ou can do BCA only if you have min 50-60%in 12th (any stream ). Universities which are doing really well in B CA are: Delhi University,, University of mumbai, University of hydrabad,Lovely Professional University Jalandhar, Punjab , K.J. Somaiya Institute-Mumbai,VIT University Tamilnadu, Jamia Millia Islamia University,Christ University, M.S. If you have failed in 12th exam then you are not eligible for BCA undergraduate course.
As per eligibility, candidates who have passed diploma/HSC with Minimum 50% marks are eligible.
They shoukd have Mathematics as subject in qualifying examination.
