As of now its tough to which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year and this year the cutoff went high.but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find you possibilities into colleges.now if you are from odisha and want to fetch a seat in banglore,you can apply through AIQ.and private medical colleges wont participate in AIQ,as you mentioned ,ms ramaiah medical college is private college ,then you have no chances to fetch a seat as it doesnt participate in counselling for AIQ.you can have chances in some other colleges.check lastyear cutoffs: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
