Hello Candidate, for every year cut off are changing as per difficulty level of exam no of students attend exam, highest marks and many more things. As per last year cut off , students with 500+ marks got government college. So this year also 500+ marks students will got get government college. So it has great possibility that you got government college.

Congratulations for your scores in NEET as you know that it is a highly competitive exam . With 550 marks you stand in the line of competition of getting a seat in government MBBS college but i cannot give you the assurance because the cutoff for government colleges might raise this year. But still there are chances of you getting a seat in one of the government college.
