i m in bsc 1 st yr and if i fail in bsc and pssses in neet 2022 which tc will be required 12 tc or bsc tc

Even if you fail in bsc 1st year then your college won't return your 12th T. C as it has already been used for admission in their college, they will provide you T. C of their own college when you leave it. And don't worry you can submit it to take admission in a medical college after qualifying neet. And you need to stress yourself thinking about 12th T. C.
