Documents required at the time of NEET PG counselling :
- NEET PG admit card
- NEET PG. Rank letter
- Class 10th marksheet/ birth certificate
- Marksheet of MBBS
- MBBS degree certificate
- Internship completion certificate
- Permanent /provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/ SMC
- Valid, non-expired and authentic photo ID proof ( PAN CARD, driving licence, voters ID, passport, Adhar card)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Non creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)

If you have done or presently doing class 12th then you are required to present your class 12th TC(transfer certificate)
If you have done or doing BSc then you have to submit TC from your college. As your class 12th TC would have been submitted to your present college.
So don't worry. TC is document presentation of a candidate being shifted to a new course and it can be from any institute- whether school or college.
