I m nervous about ts Icet counselling2019.due to lack of residence certificate.i m from Ap.

Hi Sai,

Not having a residential certificate is a drawback but, don't worry about that much. Because you can still can go to any nearby notary's office or collectrates office and apply for the residential certificate there.

For this, you need to submitt your class 10th abd 12th marksheets; your daye of birth certificate;  residential address proof;etc, to apply for the residential certificate.

And, as soon as you get one just submit it in the respective college. Also, if you are unable to submitt it during counselling / admission time, then talk to the college athourities about this issue & hopefully they will give you some extra time to submitt that residential certificate later.
