I need a engineering college that is 100%sure of placements

It is depend on your ability. If you selected in IIT or NIT then chance of the placement is more than any private colleges. If you have good communication skills and technical knowledge then you will definitely selected for the placement. Any college does not giving you the guarantee for 100 percent placement.
