I opted for float in upsee round 1 counselling 2020 still it shows"not reported in round 1" what does that mean. please help....
Same is the case with me. I didn't pay the seat acceptance fee and mow it shows Not Reported in Round 1.
I want to know if there is any way I can register or take part in round three??

From what i understand u must have not submitted the seat acceptance fees in round 1 of upsee counselling . Therefore it shows ' NOT REPORTED IN ROUND 1'.
Further You are not eligble for next rounds of counselling.
in my opinion you should wait for special round counselling to get desired seat.

There are three option available in upsee counselling I would like to explain one by one
Freeze:a candidate who is satisfied with the presently allotted seat to him and does not want to be considered for upgration of seat in any subsequent rounds of counselling.
Float: A candidate , who wants to confirm the seat presently allotted to him and also at the same time wants to be considered for upgradation of seat in round two of counselling.
That simply means you have seat but no seat in that particular college is allotted to you.
