I paid August 17 ,2021 and it was in pending so I paid 18 once again. Money deducted double time .one month over but not returned back to my account how can I get my money

Hello there ,
As you haven't mentioned the purpose of transaction or the payee details or the used app/mode of transaction in your query , so I would suggest you to contact with your Bank Authority to submit an application by branch visiting / application through e-mail and request them to initialize the refund process asap by mentioning your transaction issue.
Note: Generally , within 3-5 bank working days , refund is auto-processed to the bank a/c.
