I participated in MCC Round 1 Counselling but was not alloted any seat.I got a seat in state counselling and have reported to the institute and have opted for upgradation. Can I now participate in MCC UG Counselling for round 2?Can I withdraw from state counselling if I am alloted a seat in MCC R-2?

Hello,

Yes you can apply for both state and mcc councelling process.

As you have not been allotted seat in first round you can further participate in round 2.

Once you join a college alloted to you in second counselling you are disqualified in state rounds.

Apart from this, those who reported at an allotted college for the first round but opted for second round up-gradation can appear in the second round.
