As per KVPY eligibility criteria, you have to get enrolled in 1st year of the undergraduate program in basic sciences and must have secured Aggregate 60% for General (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in Maths and science subjects in class 12th exams. so you should have not any gap between the 12th and undergraduate course to apply for KVPY else you will not be able to apply for KVPY.

Hello Shivam, as you have completed your 12 th , you can apply for SX Stream. You can apply with this marks for KVPY. Because minimum marks are 65% in 12 th.
