See according to the latest guidelines for JEE-Main and JEE-Advance you can appear for maximum of three consecutive years of JEE-Main which includes the passing year of your class 12th, means if you have passed class 12th in 2020 then you can appear for JEE-Main in 2020,2021 and 2022 only. So yes you can appear for JEE-Main in 2022.
Whereas for JEE-Advance you can appear for maximum of two consecutive years which includes the passing year of your class 12th, means if you have passed class 12th in 2020 then you are can appear for JEE-Advance in 2020 and 2021 only. So you cannot appear for JEE-Advance 2022.

According to jee main official website, for appearing in jee (main) examination there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 and 2022 irrespective to their age can appear for JEE MAINS examination 2022.

As per the new criteria, aspirants who have passed their 12th irrespective to their percentage can take admission in IIT.
The other basic criteria to appear in JEE ADVANCED are as follows:
- Age limit: candidates appearing for 2022 JEE examination should be born on or after 1997. for other caste suc as SC, ST and PwD get a relaxation of 5 years.
- JEE ADVANCED can be attempted only two times in two consecutive years.
