I passed class 12th in 2020. my 12th result 73% I didn't appear in jee adv 2020 I am preparing for improvement exam, jee mains and jee advanced 2021 I think this year I will not qualify for jee advance so, can I appear in jee advanced 2022

No, you won't be eligible for jee advanced 2022
This is because,
One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination i. e as per , eligibility criteria one is eligible for JEE advanced examination only in the year in which he or she appears for 12th board examination and the next year following it , irrespective of whether appear in them or not
So, with 12 th appearing year as 2020 ,
- you were eligible for jee advanced 2020 and
- you are eligible for jee advanced 2021 only. Thus, not eligible for JEE advanced 2022
