I passed in 2014 and this year I have given neet and according to my marks I will get kne of the newly establiahed medical colg if jharkhand but I want good colg So ,should I join this colg or try for next year?

First of all congratulations that you are eligible enough to get at least a Government Medical College for MBBS.
See, if you don't want to study for NEET all over again for 1 Year, then you should surely go for this newly established medical college.
But, if you want a better medical college and also have a great dedication inside you regarding your studies, you can go forward with Drop. If you study properly, work hard on weak topics, clear all your concepts and practice more and more number of MCQs then you will surely come out with flying colours.
It's also true that if you go to newly built medical college, there will be something or the other deficiency in the college. But, getting the Medical College is itself a biggest achievement for any NEET aspirant.
