I really love to do medical but due to many reasons i had to take engg and gave neet this year and got 460

Yess you can drop this year and surely you will get a seat next year as your marks is good

But for a mark of 460 you will surely get a private colleges

Please do attend the counselling of your state as you have high chances of getting a seat

If you still wish to drop you can go to a good coaching centre or prepare from online portals. Solve a lot of MCQ and you will surely achieve your feat.
