IGMC Shimla is prestigious college in terms of MBBS. Getting admission there itself is a big task.Now according to last year cutoff's
In 2018 the cutoff for last round was near 583 marks so you can estimate this year too that you can get IGMC.
Now it all depends on your luck because there is very less difference.

With a score of 586 in general category, you have good chances of procuring a seat in Indira Gandhi medical college, Shimla when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 583 got a seat in the same college in General category under All India quota. If you come under state quota, you still have good chances. So, no worries! But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
