Based on your score and this year cutoff,you have less chances of getting government medical college in all india quota and state quota.But you do have chances if getting admission in private medical colleges.It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending on the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff,you are not likely to get any government MBBS seat under All India Quota or State Quota given the fact that the cutoff went too high this time.
However,you can apply for private Medical colleges.
