In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
Dear, at your score you can't get affordable private seat at uttrakhand, you can get management mbbs seat in uttrakhand but they are not affordable.
As I am from uttrakhand state, I will recommend you to apply for South states, apply for both all india counseling and state counseling.
