Plus you have also not specified the category you fall under, so I will give you a general answer for your query:
You can definitely expect BDS seats in Private Colleges with your rank and maybe if the cut offs fall or you get a chance to fight in the last rounds of counselling while seats remain then Private MBBS college as well.
I am attaching a link to a list of past cut offs, go though them for your understanding and decide accordingly:

Dear aspirant, At first lots of congratulations for your result.
You don't have mentioned your category in your question, so I'm considering you as a General-UR aspirant.
Though the officially cut-off for this year has not been released by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala till now, as per our assumption it can be definitely estimated that inspite of being reserved category student you don't have any kind of probability to get chances in any of the topmost and reputed Government MBBS colleges in Kerala. However judging from the cut-off trends of previous years and realising that fact that the cut-off marks of each and every college will definitely get increased, I can assure you that you can definitely get some Government seats of several prestigious private medical colleges in Kerala by state counselling for 85 % seats like:
