I scored 85% in Std. 10th and 85% in Std. 12th. I secured 65% in my undergraduate degree. I'm appearing for CAT this year. What are the chances that I might get a call from top B schools even if it's not a 99 percentile?

Your past academic records are good. Getting call from iim depends upon how you perform in the main exam of cat or any other exams which are accepted by baby iim's or any other top business school of india.
95 to 100%ile is reqires to get call from the top iim's if you are from general category
