The first step to getting selected in IIMs is based on the CAT percentile. Once you score 99%tile the next step will be WAT/GD and PI . The candidate's academic history and work experience also play an important role here. Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation 7 for reserved Category (SC, ST, OBC) 45% is required.
