Last year, the cut off for BCB category in Telangana was around 465 marks .
And this year, the cut off will increase even more due to easy standard of paper.
You can try for management quota admission if you can afford.
Or try in other less competitive states like karnataka.
You also have chances to get BDS seat in good colleges.

With this score, you might get a Management Quota seat in a Private Medical College. With this score, last year there were chances for a Government Quota seat but this year because the cut offs were higher the chances are lesser. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But still we would suggest you to wait until all the rounds of State Counselling are over so that you do not have any regrets. If you get a decent seat in a mop up round, then may be you needn't take a drop.
