I secured rank 3478 in pessat 2019. what branch can I expect in second counseling?

Hello,
As per the previous years cutoff you can expect electrical and electronics,mechanical,etc with this rank.
Getting computer science with this rank is very tough .
But every year cutoff changes as the level of paper changes and many other factors change,so there is no certainty for this.
