I don't think that should be an issue Cynthia. According to the rules and regulations set by MH CET, all Indian Nationals with a minimum aggregate score of 50 percent in 12th and 10th should be able to write the test.
The minimum score aggregate is 45 percent for other categories (SC/ST/OBC).
But you might face a problem if your parents happen to be NRI's (working outside India).
