I took all 3 attempts for NMAT by GMAC but didn't know that i had to fill the college application form separately. The last day to apply was 19th September and I've missed that. Can i do anything about it? Will the forms be out again?

There are quite a few Institutions that accept NMAT score. You haven't mentioned the College you are enquiring about. Please do let us know about the College that you are enquiring about and we shall help you with relevant information.
