I took all 3 attempts for NMAT by GMAC but didn't know that i had to fill the college application form separately. The last day to apply was 19th September and I've missed that. Can i do anything about it? Will the forms be out again?

There are quite a few Institutions that accept NMAT score. You haven't mentioned the College you are enquiring about.
