To get admission in MIT WPU you have to go through the of MHT-CET CAP counselling process. Now in the CAP counselling you can either apply through your JEE Main score or you can else use your MHT-CET score to get admission. As per your scores in both JEE Maim and MHT-CET, you are likely to get CSE but can't say for sure that you will surely get that seat. It would be better if you attend the CAP counselling process and see which branches are you getting in MIT WPU as per scores. Also try for other colleges too through CAP counselling and see in which colleges are you getting CSE branch. Try keeping your options open.

Since you have 92.46 percentile in JEE Main, it means in whatever category you may be, still you are JEE Main qualified. So you can also apply for CSAB counselling process through which you cpould get a seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs. CSAB counselling will start after the completion of JoSAA counselling.

based on your JEE Score it is a bit difficult for you to get CSE although you can easilt get brances like ECE,EEE,ME,PE,CE, the counselling is also done on the basics for MHCET score so if you have got better marks on it you can get CSE with it.
