I want B.K Birla in 2nd merit list. There are 720 seats for Pure and General students. From that 543 seats are accompanied by alloted students. l have got 422/500 i.e 84.4%. Can I get admission in second merit list? Current cutoff of B.K Birla is 460. Please guide how to get admission in B.K Birla?

You got 422 out of 500. You asked if you may get a seat in B. K. Birla or not.
Look, the current cut off is 460. Total no. of seats is 720 & 543 of them are for alloted ones. In this situation, with your 422 marks you have enough chances to get a seat in this college. As in the 1st merit list cutoff decreased to 460, so in the second one, it will be around 420. So in 2nd or 3rd merit list you may get a seat in this college.
